Our successful delivery of large scale and complex projects in the Murex, OpenLink and grid technology space has been a key driver in our growth, with satisfied clients both reusing and recommending us. As well as being compatible with the requirements of PRINCE2, CMMI, ITIL and SOX, our methodology also ensures that the right information reaches the people who need it most: project participants; end users and day to day operations and support colleagues.

Our project toolbox includes a suite of comprehensive and detailed deliverable templates which support the complete systems development life cycle, from requirements definition, functional specification, design and testing right through to implementation, as well as the usual project planning and control activities.

As well as being compatible with the requirements of PRINCE2, CMMI, ITIL and SOX, our methodology also ensures that the right information reaches the people who need it most: project participants; end users and day to day operations and support colleagues.

Our project toolbox includes a suite of comprehensive and detailed deliverable templates which support the complete systems development life cycle, from requirements definition, functional specification, design and testing right through to implementation, as well as the usual project planning and control activities.

We have also grown our own internal project management office (PMO) specifically to ensure the quality, visibility and consistency of delivery to all our clients. Our PMO is involved from project inception to project close-out, providing standardised processes and documentation around project initiation, planning, reporting and training. The office also supports our project managers and our clients alike,through on-site visits, workshops and quality assurance. This is combined with weekly progress evaluation and risk logs and, if appropriate, we arrange for additional expertise to be drafted onto projects to overcome any issues and avoid delays.

This combination of PMO and flexible project methodology provides our clients with the following benefits:
