Adrian Marshall
Adrian is the Managing Director and a founding Partner of Excelian. Adrian's role encompasses day to day running of the business, strategic direction and management of the Business Development and Communications teams. Over the last 10 years Adrian has worked in various areas of the Finance Industry and spent the last 8 of these at Excelian building deep relationships with key clients, vendors and partners.

Jeremy Ward
Jeremy is Director at Excelian with primary responsibility for client account management and project delivery as well as heading up the Environmental practice. Jeremy has over 20 years experience in Investment Banking with recent roles ranging from Programme Management to Head of IT. Jeremy has worked extensively with traders and risk managers alike to both develop systems and integrate vendor solutions.

Adam Vile
Adam is the Head of Technical Consulting at Excelian. He has over 10 years of experience in investment banking in various roles ranging from development to project and programme management. Before joining Excelian he was responsible for Grid architecture and implementation at a premier investment bank. Adam is also a Chartered Mathematician active in the Institute of Mathematics. Prior to working in investment banking Adam had a successful academic career as a computer scientist.

Paul Cunnell
Paul is the Head of Commodities at Excelian with responsibility for projects covering all aspects of Commodities trading and risk management systems. Paul has held a range of senior roles in top-tier investment banks over the last 14 years, including 5 years as EMEA and Global Head of Commodities Technology. Paul has successfully led front-to-back implementations supporting Energy (Oil, Gas, Electricity, Coal, Emissions), Metals (both Base Metals & Bullion), Agricultural & Soft products. Paul has extensive experience building pricing and trading systems in-house as well as integrating vendor software.

Phil Roberts
Phil leads the Murex practice at Excelian as Senior Solution Architect and Project Manager. Phil has in excess of fifteen years investment banking experience and twelve years of Murex. His experience has been gained at many investment banks, hedge funds and while working at Murex itself. Phil was also a founding Director of MJP Consulting, which is now part of Excelian. Phil has led many Murex implementations throughout Europe, North America and Asia.

Chris Sims
Chris is the Head of the MLC (Murex Limits Controller) practice at Excelian with responsibility for projects covering the Market Risk, Credit Risk, Collateral and Basel II modules. Chris has over 10 years experience in Investment banking both as a user, consultant, team leader and project manager. Chris has built a solid relationship with Murex's Risk team and together we have successfully implemented MLC and VAR for a variety of Capital Markets and Commodities clients.
