Excelian Recognised As One of Britain’s Fastest Growing Technology Companies for 2nd Consecutive Year

London, March X, 2009 – Excelian Limited, a global leader in Murex, Commodities & Grid consultancy projects for many of the world's leading financial institutions, today announced it had been ranked 30th in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 and is a winner in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA awards giving it a place on the publication’s league table for the second consecutive year.

Now in its eighth year, The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, is an annual league table ranking Britain's one hundred fastest growing private technology companies by sales growth over a two year period. Excelian, which benefited in 2008 from an increased demand for trading and risk management technology as well as its unique environmental services, was able to boost sales by 86.71% making it the highest ranked and fastest growing IT consultancy to make the league table.

Similarly the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA, one of the region’s most comprehensive and respected lists for technology companies, ranks public and private firms from 23 countries in EMEA. Excelian’s award came as a result of an impressive 1,174.90% five year growth rate.
