"From the outside, financial services can seem anonymous, but it’s actually a people business: you have to combine technical ability with the skill to understand clients’ needs and the drive to succeed."
- Jeremy Ward, CEO and sponsor of Excelian’s Graduate Academy

Our strong culture of collaboration means that right from day one, graduates are carefully integrated into our team. You’ll have close, regular contact with our senior team, who are all actively involved with leading the graduate program.
The work itself will be stimulating and varied, and will provide you with the chance to travel and work abroad. And as a fast-growing company, you’ll find that there are many opportunities for rapid career progression.
Excelian’s Graduate Academy
Each year, we take a number of passionate, talented, technology-minded graduates or postgraduates from top institutions both in the UK and internationally and enrol them into our graduate academy. The Programme has 2 main components:
It starts with an intensive classroom course based in London (up to 13 weeks in duration) that covers a wide spectrum of subjects, providing the background knowledge needed to launch a successful career in business and IT consultancy. Modules include training on the financial markets, core technology, niche IT products, consulting and ‘soft skills’ to enhance your communication, presentation and time management abilities.
After training is successfully completed, you will then be embedded in one of our internal or client-based service teams where you will have the opportunity to develop further skills best gained through first-hand experience, and all under the guidance of some of the industry’s leading experts.
