• The role will also involve: • Assisting with Excelian Project work (Google Apps, Email, Jira / Helpdesk consolidation , Training videos & documentation, SharePoint integration, etc) • Manage desk calendar for the Development department • Configuring equipment in the Development department based on user needs • Managing application use & control installations, stop application creep & ensure correct use of resources • Provide first line support for Dev Staff • Assist IT team with projects & Office expansion etc Other useful skills would include: • Salesforce administration • Web Development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and CMS)
